Board Management

TIL has a unitary board of eleven (11) members comprising of ten (10) non-executive directors and one executive director, who is also the Chief Executive Officer. The roles of the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer have been duly separated.

On an annual basis, the board presents the performance of TIL to the MEC at an annual general meeting. Related party transactions are duly reported in the annual financial statements.
